NTA will re-conduct UGC-NET June 2026 for three subjects: English, Commerce and Sociology, on 9 and 10 September 2026. Public NTA updates say no extra fee will be collected for this re-test. City intimation and admit card will appear on ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates of the other 84 subjects already have results dated 28 August 2026 and should not treat this re-exam notice as their date.
Reach the centre with the new admit card, not the June hall ticket. Photograph and signature must still match the June application. If NTA later changes a city, that change will show only on the official login.
